A spicy sister to the fermented garlic and honey this treat is for those who love a kick, like myself. This product offers much medicinal value, being made with powerful plant allies such as garlic for anti bacterial/fungal/viral, honey doing the same and giving us preservation while the chilis add for a circulatory effect. This is a sweet and spicy product that boosts the immune system and tastes great. The garlic and chilils are chopped up and fermented in honey for a period of 4 - 6 weeks before it is ready to eat.
It can be used on any food dish you can imagine, I love it on my sandwiches, or rice, it can be added to dressings and sauces or simply mixed with your fire cider or tea if you're adventurous.
Local honey and garlic are used and the chilis will depend on availability but we search for locally grown wherever possible, with some favouritism toward cayenne.
Comes in a 125ml or 250 ml jar which can be returned/refilled! This product, for now, will only be available in Montreal via pick up or potential delivery.
