Garlic is one of my favourite go to medicinal plant to help keep my body in fighting form. It's famously known for its antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properites. My grandfather swore by eating raw garlic everyday and was rarely ill right up the end. I, unlike my late grand pops, find eating raw garlic challenging, so, combining things I love: fermentation and herbalism voila! we have a delicious way to ingest this potent medicinal plant. The garlic is peeled and smashed then added into a jar to be covered in honey and left to ferment for 4 - 6 weeks until it is ready to eat. 

I eat this daily and find it to be sweet and delicious, I'm also using the honey to mix with my fire cider in order to make that equally powerful medicine more palatable as well.

Comes in a 125ml or 250ml jar, which can be returnable/refillable! For the moment this product is only available in the Montreal area, so please send us a message to organize a pick up or delivery.
