Bone Broth - 1 L

Bone broth has been used as a supplement for years to help with digestive issues, inflammation, skin health, bone and cartilage health, it is something I reach for on a regular basis. It is incredibly nutrient dense and contains minerals, like magnesium and calcium, as well as glucosamine, gelatin and collagen. 

Adding this powerhouse to your diet is easy by making soups with it, using it in place of water to cook grains, putting it in sauces like gravies or even just sipping on it warm. It tastes rich and feels very soothing. 

Our bone broth is made with locally sourced beef and chicken bones that are roasted with onions and garlic and then brought to a simmer for up to 24 hours with ginger, apple cider vinegar. Added to the broth near the end with put in roots and berries that are helpful for the immune system and health of organs. These herbs can include depending on availability, burdock root, rosehips, astragalus root, dandelion root and marshmallow root, 

It comes in 1L jars and is only available to clients in the Montreal area for the moment. Returning jars will mean $2 off your order!
